Any thoughts on putting some of the other books in the downloads section up for sale on Amazon? Or is getting them set up to print and bound a pain?

It's enough of a hassle that I put it off until the document (whatever it might be) is hammered as near to 100% perfect as possible. I really hate to have to do it twice.
