I know there is no supplement, but does anyone have knowledge of a thread or discussion (anywhere) on the topic of psionics. I am not a huge fan of most treatments of mental powers, as I would prefer it to work more like wild-talents only... like a character (or creature) usually has only a minor enhancing power (or two, if at all)... and not something that takes over the game or becomes 'that other kind of magic'.
Has anyone explored this or seen it somewhere?

Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?

Re: Psionics in BFRPG
I've not seen one in writing. For monsters, just make it up... no need for rules to confuse the situation.
As far as characters go, I'd try to avoid it in most cases.

The rules in the BRP (Basic Roleplaying) rule book for psychic powers may be a good place to start if you are trying to write up rules for this sort of thing, as they range from the standard mind reading to psychometry (telling an items history) and they all are done very well. Hope this helps!
