Galen has a similar situation being partially down the stairwell. Assuming the volume of the discussion is in whispered tones befitting slinking around, Galen likely is unaware... not that he can likely help much due to his noodle arms meant more for playing music (STR 08).

"Well, are we going to just stand around here all day discussing the finer points of dismantling chests?" Saeloria asks impatiently. "Give me that hammer." She grabs the hammer from Muddle and begins to attack the chest with a ferocity fed by her frustrations.

Loud banging noises can be heard from upstairs.

As the elven wizard pounds violently on the chest, you see some boards begin to splinter, but the bands and bolts refuse to buckle from Saeloria's tender mercies. Muddle and Selene get the clear impression that you do not want to upset the wizard when she has a large blunt object on hand.

Selene, suppressing a chuckle*, says "Er, let me see if I have any better luck with it."


*Totally unwarranted since Selene's not exactly a strong-man herself.
