Sounded to me like Timorel had a different idea, so I'm waiting for him to weigh in before proceeding.

Timorel is wounded - 1 HP = 1/5 of his total. Also, he has no spells. So, he would like to spend the night at the inn to heal up and get his sleep spell back.

If everyone else disagrees, he'll go w/ the group, but that's his preference.

Grumm is satisfied to wait or to go immediately.

Shybolt now that he has a clue is anxious to give it a try, but he will follow the elf where ever he wants to go.

If Timorel's healing is the only thing sending us back to the inn Rykken can cast Cure LIght Wounds on him to fix him up for now.

Mostly timorrel doesn't want to go down there without his sleep grenade

Ah, right. Then Rykken will vote to go topside as well.

Yep, it's mostly the sleep spell. What shall we do with Snakebait? Take him up and tell the innkeeper and any who ask that we caught him trying to murder us? Then keep him tied, feed him a little, give him a little water, and keep a watch on him and the cellar door? I guess we can just keep him in the cellar; he never has to go further into the inn.

we head back the inn for rest and sleep in the basement with a close guard on the dwarf. the other one is still out there so we need to watch for him too.
