This is completely understandable from that perspective. However, all the versions I have of LOC thus far had been downloaded at least once, and people can add or take away from them. That's the history of LOC in one post, which is by design for me. Alternately, it's pretty economical to write a short changes list as a message, much the way that software devs do with their new releases.
