Chapter 5: The Rescue
Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
Um...no sorry. I do have harsh language but from a cleric it wouldn't make your grandma blush let alone hurt a trog from this distance. I withdraw my war cry and continue to secure the rear. So sorry for the confusion...carry on.

Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
Grumm struck his opponent a glancing blow, but Shybolt was unable to hit his enemy. The troglodytes struck back, clawing them both.
Grumm took 6 points of damage.
Shybolt took 3 points of damage.
Grumm, Shybolt, and Brother Arven have initiative; Timorel is slow.

Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
Shybolt shouts, "Brother Arvin, heal me!" Waits for it briefly then attacks again whether healing comes or not.
Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
If within easy reach Brother Arven heals Shybolt.

Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
Grumm is definitely crap at fighting troglodytes. Nevertheless, he'll swing again at the same one.

Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
Seeing the damage Grumm and Shybolt are taking, Timorel switches from his bow to his sword. If a trog comes through the front line, he'll take a swing, but otherwise he'll just stand ready to either swing or cast sleep if more trogs come around the corner.

Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
Brother Arven reached forward and laid hands on Shybolt, partially healing his injuries by sheer faith. Shybolt struck at his opponent again, but missed; Grumm was more successful, felling his enemy with a mighty blow.
The remaining troglodyte, looking fearful, backed away from the adventurers.
Brother Arven healed Shybolt for 6 points.
The troglodyte is doing a fighting withdrawal.
Grumm, Shybolt, and Timorel have the initiative; Brother Arven is tied with the monster.

Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
"Surrender!" demands Shybolt, speaking in Lizardman (hoping that this trog knows the language?)
Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
Grumm will press forward and attack the remaining troglodyte. In fact, if Grumm can move behind it to keep it from fleeing down the corridor, he will.
Re: Chapter 5: The Rescue
BTW, I hope it goes without saying that if the trog decides to attack rather than surrender I will attack back.
