Brother Arven, moves towards the remaining zombies (not sure if I failed to turn the other two or if they were just out of range behind me) he will attempt to turn them if they were not in range. If it is aparent that there was no effect, then He will wade in swinging his mace at the zombie fighting Grumm, chanting a holy psalm and warding their blows (both Grumm's and the zombie) with his sturdy shield.

Timorel swung his sword around and struck the zombie a mighty blow, cleaving it in half and leaving nothing for Shybolt to do. Meanwhile, Brother Arven and Grumm engaged the other zombie; while the cleric missed widely, Grumm scored a hit, felling his opponent.

And we're out of rounds. What now?

"I am blessed to have such stalwart companions." Arven looks around, any further up-risings from the surrounding area? Did the Statues react in any way? And more importantly did I get any zombie icky on me?

"A mighty swing, Master Timorel. Well done. And you as well, Master Grumm. If only all problems were this simple."

With that, Shybolt turns back toward the statues and like Arvin, watches to see if they have reacted.

Timorel quickly scans the area for further threats.

"You know," he says. "When I was taking music lessons, my dear mother always used to say 'that infernal trumpet racket' would raise the dead. I should have taken her words a bit more seriously, it appears."

Grumm will search the bodies - mostly to see if they're real and if anything I take off of them remains in my possession when the "illusion" ends. If there are any daggers, I'll take them, along with other small things - and, of course, anything of value.

Though the battle continued to rage all around them, Timorel saw nothing that seemed to be a real threat. The statues, having not been approached during the fight, still stood in positions of readiness. Grumm discovered nothing on the orc-corpse, but on the man he found a dagger. Brother Arven, inspecting his raiment, found himself clean... not surprising, as he did not land a blow.

Grumm will sit down and rub to his left shoulder down to elbow (OOC - I'm assuming the blow he took was to the shoulder area, for no particular reason), trying to ease the pain and bring the feeling back into his hand. He'll stow the dagger in his gear.

Brother Arven asks, "Master Grumm, are you in need of healing?"
He kneels down next to Grumm and checks his arm, using what knowledge he acquired from Higgins "Anatomy of a Centaur" to massage Grumms arm.
"I am now sorry that I did not spend more time on the martial practice rather than with my nose in a book, I was not much help in the fight. I shall need to do much better eh?"
If his arm does not require holy healing, Arven will then go to Timorel and Shybolt and inquire as to their wounds if any.

Yeah well with all those swords swinging around I figured a little splatter effect would come into play, to many late night slasher movies when I was a kid I guess
