Adventure & supplement templates
Re: Adventure & supplement templates
Before replacing the file in the first post: here's r19, updated most font text size to 10, rather than 9.5. Please look it over and make sure I didn't miss anything. Thanks!

... and we both did an R19 at the same time, evidently. See the previous page.
I did the 10 point change but also revised the text extensively, so I think the best thing to do is to check mine for correctness.

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
I just realized that the new supplement template does not have the basic fantasy page direction below the headline box like previous supplement have.

Hmm.
I'll consider it. I suppose it does need to be there, but I'm not sure it needs introductory text... should be enough to say
www.basicfantasy.org
and leave it at that.

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
These may be the correct new values but:
The margins on the file seem different from old supplements.
"Introduction" used to be all capitalized
The title used to be FrizQuadrata, now its Soutane
Here's a suggested r11 (based on some supplements from the download page)

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
FrizQuadrata is not to be used anymore. Only the title of the game itself is set that way, and it's handled entirely as a graphic.

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
I would prefer "Introduction" as-is, not in all-caps. Same for "Conclusion", etc.
In the supplement template the margins are 1" left-right, .75" top-bottom.
In the adventure template it's 1" all 4 sides. That's likely to account for the header & footer, along with the black bars.
I agree with adding the URL on the supplement template; we include it on the adventure title page after all. I don't mind the suggested spot you show for it; I think putting above would crowd that area too much.

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
On r10 of the supplement template "A Basic Fantasy Role-Playing Supplement" below the title is on FrizQuadrataSolomoriah wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 1:06 am FrizQuadrata is not to be used anymore. Only the title of the game itself is set that way, and it's handled entirely as a graphic.
I also prefer it that way, but thought it was made that way to separate a section from a sub-section, I think a way of differentiate them would be useful.
Sorry if I'm being dense, I wanted to start changing my supplements into CC with the correct new parameters

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
We need to fix that. Should be Soutane BF or Soutane Black.Dimirag wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 11:01 amOn r10 of the supplement template "A Basic Fantasy Role-Playing Supplement" below the title is on FrizQuadrataSolomoriah wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 1:06 am FrizQuadrata is not to be used anymore.
