I have been playing play by post games over on Gamersplane.com for two years now and find the site very user friendly. I am planning to run a BFRPG game there starting in the next week or so.

I'd also run a game here if there is interest.

Yes, it is the game under Arjen. Tales from the Laughing Dragon.
