New to BFRPG and would like to play

How do you suggest i get started? Im reading though the material as we speak, but i would really like to get involved in a game. Any suggestions?

If you have a roll20 account, you can do a LFG search for BFRPG (Here is the results) for any of game actively recruiting.

Yes i have looked there, they all seemed to be mixed games. i wouldnt mind a pathfinder mixed one. Any tips for me? or anyone wanna play in a game?

Some additional information would be helpful. At the minimum you might want to mention what time and day you are thinking about along with a snippet of some background whether it is something generic from here (one of the supplements) or something you are looking at piecing together. All the additional nuts and bolts (allowed supplements and such) can be discussed in the actual game forum.
