2nd Chapter: Into the Darkness
Re: 2nd Chapter: Into the Darkness
[Taking over for Faylen and Rowan]
Faylen will remain behind the fighters but draw her sword since it seems too crowded to shoot a bow.
Rowan will move next to Bothan with his spear ready to guard against anything that might be behind the door. He tries hard not show how nervous he is.

[Taking over for Neirin and Tertullian]
Tertullian follows behind preparing his mace and shield.
Neirin knocks (if that is the correct termonology) his sling and stays close to the Father.

Bothan kicked the door once, but it did not give way. He looked at the door closely... perhaps he should try turning the handle?

Bothan look at his feet in shame, its been two dangerous things that he did in the last hour. He will turn the handle, open the door quickly and readies his pike.

Tertullian in an encouraging voice
You'll get it next time, don't you worry.

Re: 2nd Chapter: Into the Darkness
Bothan threw open the door and assumed the ready position. Beyond the door was a room, which appeared to be empty except for a shallow puddle in the southeast corner; that was as much as he could see, anyway, without putting his head into the room.

Rowan can't suppress a little sigh of relief.
Faylen tries to see past the fighters in front with obvious curiosity.
"Shall I go in first and check?" she whispers.
[OOC: if nobody disagrees, Faylen will move to the front and into the room as silently as possible. This is a matter of professional pride as the door kicking has probably given away the party already.
She will first check the floor on the other side of the door before stepping in and will then visually inspect the room more closely before deciding what to do next.]

Ranald the dwarf will move from his location at the junction of the southern (east west) corridor, over to the (as-yet unopened) door in the east.
He will attempt stealth. If he gets to the door he will listen at it, but not open it.
Hengist peers back over his shoulder and notices the dwarf is gone.
Drat. The little blighter is always doing stuff like this.

(No move from Bothan or Alphonse for now, you can continue Solo)
Re: 2nd Chapter: Into the Darkness
Neirin follows curiously behind Faylen. The father stays position behind the (west) door.
