I don't get the movement.
Movement:150' (50')

Why is it so fast? From the description it moves only by flying.
It sounds like a variation on the cloaker,stalag, and all.
So maybe 10' (50')?

No. of attacks: 1 bite + special
Should probably be 1 bite or special, as it doesn't sounds like it would bite and bowl over in the same round.

Rolling attack does no damage even though it seems like it hits pretty hard, judging by the speed of 180'.
Maybe it's a soft rock?

That's the notation for moving 150' with a 50' maneuverability. Should be:

Movement: Fly 150' (50')

I completely missed it needed "Fly" as well. I'll let Seven keep posting corrections; once at a stopping point I'll incorporate into the file I put in Projects.

Yeah, I got confused with the turning speed.

It should get a * because of the lethal poison.
That would make it HD 3* and the XP value is already correct.

This is one confusing dude. Is it a combined HD3 or are each half an HD3 creature?
The human part does not appear to have any attack.
How can the goose part fight if the human part is dead? It slowly flies around? More likely flees?
How do you attribute damage? Split area damage evenly or apply to both?
For melee/range attacks maybe roll a d6, 1-4=damage to the human body, 5-6=damage to the goose upper body?

XP should be 145, but maybe only for the goose half, since the human part is a non-combatant.

No. of Attacks should be 1 whip/1 blade.

It doesn't say if it can be turned.
Maybe turn as a regular skeleton but if wearing a skin, turn as a zombie?

The XP given is for a 1* monster, so either make it HD1* or change the XP to 25.
Alternatively, XP could be 25 but 37 if wearing a skin.
