I am currently working on an aid called "Dreamscape". I'm also new to the board. I've been reading the BF rules and so far I love them. I am very familiar with the system being a fan of 2nd edition :D

Quick sample:

THE DREAMWILD

The Dreamwild is the first and outer most layer of Dreamscape where current dreams are happening in the ‘real time’ of the dreamers. You can interact with those dreams and you can also interact with those dreamers. Dreamwild is heavily populated with sleepers from the waking world. Some call it the “collective unconscious”.

Another quick taste of what I am working on:

NIGHTMARE
A realm inside of 'The Terror' layer. Every sequential layer can have their blissful dreams, as well as what could be considered nightmares. As is well known in Dreamscape "A Demons nightmare is an angels ecstasy." In this instance the layer of 'The Terror' has attracted all sorts of foul fiends trying to make a name for themselves in Dreamscape.

ALIGNMENT vs. EMOTION
Alignment generally means nothing in Dreamscape. Emotion is king in the realm of dreams. The Dreamscape does not have an innate alignment as a general rule, but individual realms within the sequential layers can have innate alignments. The layer of ‘The Ecstasy’ can have a Lawful Good aligned realm run by an angel as well as a Chaotic Evil aligned realm run by a Demon. The difference being what the realms consider to be “ecstasy”. In this case the Lawful Good realm run by the angel could be a realm of dreams where “ecstasy” is freeing slaves and bringing justice to those who enslaved them. On the other hand, the Chaotic Evil realm run by the Demon could be a realm of dreams where “ecstasy” is enslaving people for your own personal gain. The sequential layers, on the other hand, are notorious for their emotional influence.

Each neighboring layer, as well as the occupied layer, has a subtle emotional pull on those within a layer.

(rules work in progress) EXAMPLE: If someone is in the layer of Rage (layer #1) they have a 50% influence of becoming emotionally raged. They also have a 25% chance of becoming emotionally Loathing (layer #8) and a 25% chance of becoming emotionally vigilant (layer #2).Roll percentile dice for all three when an emotional event happens in that sequential layer. Each individual can be none, one, two, or three altogether. Saving throws are then rolled if a character wishes to resist that influence.

Jeremy, the Workshop is for sharing your work, not just samples of it. Unless you plan to present all of it (that you have done so far) here very soon, I'll have to move this to General Discussion.

Thats cool. I'm new to the board. So if you can go ahead and move this to general discussion that would be great.
