If I have a brand new anime I'll watch that many a day at least. Go on a sort of anime binge. If I don't then I try to stretch out what I have so that I don't wear them out in my memory. I'm cursed at times with too good a memory so if I've watched a show through 2 or 3 times then I have to let it rest for a few years before going back to it again or I spend all my time watching it with this little voice running around in the back of my head going: "And this is where she does this" or "Yeah and this is where so and so gets it..." Gah.

I'll have to read up on Monster and see if it's something I'd like.

Fullmetal Alchemist, Code geass, Fate Zero and Baccano are all very good shows too. I still haven't seen bebop but I will watch it in the near future... :?

Started to read that but then decided that I'd just rather buy the seasons of it and watch it. Guilty pleasure. Sigh. So since I'm watching it I'd rather not read so I won't spend all my time nit picking the differences to myself. Yes. Sadly I am that kind of person.

I read them before I watched them. Both versions are awesome. I prefer the books because the depth is so much greater.

Books are usually deeper than movies/tv shows IMO.

Yup. I agree. Books provide more depth. I may go ahead and get them to read.
