Here is a ghoul for page 23 of JN1, THE CHAOTIC CAVES, if you like. Might also work on Page 12 if that is better.

Hey Solo, this drawing was emailed to you for the BF1 Morgansfort challenge, but is not used there, feel free to use it for JN1 if it fits.

BF1 is still moving slowly toward a new release, and your art has been saved to add to it, dimirag. Thanks!

teaman, your pic has been snagged. It's a bit too tall relative to its width, so I had to crop it a bit to fit on 23, but that was (in my opinion) the best place to put it.

Thanks Solo, I usually give a little extra on my illustrations figuring they may need a little cropping.

Doesn't seem to be much white space left. A lot of them are REALLY tiny at the bottom on the pages.

There's a substantial space on 11; I'd put the image at the top, above Exploring the Wilderness, to keep it clear of the other image on that page. But the white space available would be the same. 12 could use a small bit too, or even a space-filler that's page-wide but shorter on the left side. #6 on page 15 should actually be directly above C1 on page 16, so the combination of the white space plus the height of the #6 paragraph could be filled with a more or less square image (which could also be floated to the top of that page). Just sized that, and it's around 2.9 inches high by 3.25 wide. The flow changes caused by moving #6 down leave a short (maybe an inch) blank space at the bottom of page 16 (just under C9). Finally, if I reflow page 17 to collect all the white space in one column, I get a 3.5 inch high x 3.25 inch wide space.

There's actually quite a bit of white space we could fill, if you guys want to do it.

EDIT: Curiously, there are no significant white spaces in need of filling past page 16. Odd.

Just made another flow pass, and ended up with about half a page blank on 17. So to summarize:

Page 11, above Exploring the Wilderness, we have room for a 3.25" x 3" picture (maximum).

Page 12, below the tables we have an irregular page-spanning space. It's 1.4" high on the left (for about 3.45") and 2" high on the right (for about 3.25") making a full 6.7" wide image possible.

Page 17, below the text we have a space 6.7" wide by 4.3" tall. That could be a single image, or we could insert two 3.25" x 4.3" images anywhere between pages 13 and 17. Or a single 6.7" x 4.3" image on any of those pages.

Nice! However, the scans are a bit too small. 3.25" is 975 pixels, but the page 11 picture is just 773 pixels wide. Can you get me higher resolution scans? Scaling up will introduce some fuzziness.

I think I sent the higher resolution ones to your email, solomoriah@basicfantasy.org.

If not, or the email ones aren't good, let me know and I can always resend or rescan them. The ones posted here are via Weebly which shrinks 'em down.

Also, I hope to have page 17 to you sometime tomorrow, maybe even tonight.

It's a wight in full armor, he'll have a ghostly glow around him.
