To be clear, I don't want to see any game materials specific to OSRIC in this book. Nor any other OSR game, other than IF (since it's mine). Anything that can be found in the d20 3.5 SRD is fair game though.

I sort of ran out of "easy to draw" things for the Equipment Emporium and has also had a very busy period at work and lost momentum. I have a bit more time now but at the moment the Magic Item Compendium has more activity than the the Equipment Emporium so I started doodling some wands (or rods/staffs) since they are basically easy to draw. Here are some samples

I put the GIMP files and 1200px width PNG's in a new Project folder in case anyone want them.

Attempts at a few more items.

The scarab drawings are actually smaller than the scroll so it might not scale as well as separate illustrations (could possibly be combined with other smaller items). I didn't make 1200px width PNG's for those in the dropbox for this reason.

Since I'm Norwegian I felt compelled to do an attempt to draw the "Horn of Valhalla".

Since the blowing horn was usually made from animal (cow) horns I did not try to give it metal "look" (which is more difficult anyway). I'll just assume the metal are part of the decoration.

First extremely rare magical item created for Egion:
Tear of the Dragon
This is a Dragon’s tear that has been crystallized in a tear-shaped glass vial by exposure to the light of thirteen nights of full moons forming a smooth gem that is harder than diamond and holding up to twenty-five magical charges that can be used as follows:
Cure Light Wounds - 1 charge
Cure disease - 3 charges
Neutralize Poison - 4 Charges
Raise Dead - 5 charges
Heal - 6 charges
Regenerate - 6 charges
Restoration - 6 charges
A Tear of the Dragon may be recharged by leaving it out in the light of a full moon at the rate of 2 charges per night. It will have 2d12+1 charges on it when found. If found in a Dragon's hoard it has a 75% chance to be fully charged.

I'll wait if he wants to post a finalized/finished version of the first one for r6.

Gilliadson: I like the Dragon's Tear. Even though extremely rare, maybe 25 charges is a little high?

I thought not too high since it would take at least a year to fully charge a depleted one. 3 months to recharge one enough to raise the dead or any of the other high end spells. Unless your world has multiple moons. An alternative charge level maybe 18 (3d6) to start.
