I've updated the first post in the thread with "properly" named files. I quote "properly" because there is actually a fair amount of leeway in the naming guidelines (which I suppose I should write down sometime).

I decided on a compromise of sorts. I added the new sheet to the Downloads page, but kept the old one in the same block (rather than adding a new document block). I don't want to clutter the page with too many blocks, but I felt that both sheets were worthy of retaining.

Could you give an example of how you use 'origin' on the sheet? Is it simply place of birth or country? That kind of thing?
