Nicely Done.

Post by EvilGenius »

I'm new to the Basic Fantasy community but I am impressed with everything I've seen so far. The game is well design and a pleasure to peruse. I will be starting my 10 year old son on some games in the very near future and Basic Fantasy is what I'm using to introduce him to the hobby. It's simple but interesting. Limiting yet engaging.

I'm also impressed with the community that has grown around the game. I've seen larger communities but this one is genuinely welcoming and helpful, which isn't always the case. Thanks for the great game and a great place to talk about said game. I hope we're all around beating up on goblins and bragging about it for years to come.

Welcome! I'm playing BFRPG with my kids, it is exactly the kind om game I wanted (and spent quite some time to look for), and we're having a blast. The eleven year old son says that RPG is much funnier than video games of similar content "because in RPG you can do want you want". :D
