BFRPG & Castle Amber at convention

Post by peelseel2 »

Getting ready to go to local con where I run an adventure every year. This year it is using BFRPG and I am running Castle Amber. I have made a screen and character sheets for it (and my next campaign).

I'm digging that screen, any chance of a copy finding its way on here?

That's a freakin' awesome screen.
You just use heavy paper? I love the curve and not the fold!!
Great stuff, thanks for sharing. hope the game was good!

I will post link for the screen and character sheet in the workshop when I get a chance this week.

It is about 2 pieces of 24# paper glued together. Next time I print one I am looking at doing it double sided with about 96# paper.

The Con went great. Friday night was the traditional "Intro to D&D" adventure. For that, it is more of an "Introduction to D&D'esque game" adventure. I had seven players for that night, and we started rolling up BFRPG characters about 8:00pm, and we where ready to adventure at ~9:00 pm. Session lasted until 2:00 am. Everyone had a lot of fun.

Saturday we capped it at 8 players (We had draw enough for 12), started rolling up 3rd level characters at 8:00pm, started at ~9:00 pm. The session lasted until about 1:30 am with us getting about 1/3 of the way through Castle Amber. It was incredibly fun.

Awesome! Thank you!
