I guess you need a hit die roll, then... and I just rolled a 3, so there you go. Have you updated everything else, then?

Pretty much, but I want to look at the supplements we're using, and I don't think any of us have updated treasure, which means hunting it down in the threads. Unless someone's been keeping track?

(OOC: I think we are using all our treasure to shore up one of the shorter table legs in the tavern)

The next morning dawned gloomy, windy, and overcast. The adventurers, having breakfasted on bland but filling porridge, stepped outside, where they met the Reeve. He was accompanied by a boy of perhaps ten or twelve years, and both were carrying packs.

"This is my nephew, Ronald," said the Reeve, "He'll be making the trip with us. The road 'tween here and the Baron's fort is rugged, little used, and less repaired, so there's little reason to try to ride there. Are ye ready?"

Don't forget, I'll need a marching order. The Reeve walks in front, while the boy will remain behind him. Most of the trail will be two up, but some parts will be narrow, so I need a marching order for both eventualities.

Clerics in the back to keep those fighters hale and hearty
The wizard in the middle, where he can shed some light
And you never let that damn thief out of sight...

Grumm presses Irina close to him and says, "I'm yours if you'll have me. And I will take you out of this place, if its the last thing I do. I'll be back for you tonight - now I better see what's up with the others."

He'll then depart and rejoin the others to hear their plans.

OOC - Also, Grumm is now 4th level. I rolled d8 for hit points and got 2. I've made the necessary changes to the character sheet - updated saving throws and attack bonus. Is there anything I missed?

How much of a fighting man does the Reeve look like?

The gods help us if we're ambushed on the way and he gets killed; it'll be easy to blame us for it.

You don't roll your own dice in this game. Good thing, too, as I rolled 6.

Shybolt doesn't care where he is in the marching order so anyone can feel free to stick him where they want.
