You do walk a little bow legged, I figure I have plenty of room to shoot between them.

The adventurers marched back toward the room of the "mystic symbol." As they crossed the large entry room, Shybolt felt sure they were being watched, but looking around, he saw no one.

They found things there much as they had left them, and made ready to descend.

So, how? In what order?

Grumm will go first.

Shybolt will wait with bow drawn, mostly for killing what may be in the water, but also incase something comes through the door. After grumm is safe and out of the water, Shybolt will go next.

Rykken will follow Shybolt, wondering what he has gotten himself into.

How, exactly, does Shybolt expect to know this? He can neither see nor hear Grumm after he passes through the illusion.
