Brother Arven says, "My friends I have years of experience with the ropes of the bells in the Monastery so I volunteer for that job, plus I am good at jerking peoples chains and pulling their legs but those skills can be just filled away for later reference if needed."

Brother Arven rubs and claps his hands and says "Sounds like a plan, I am for it and once we can get it arranged, I say we kick it off."
Player: I drink the potion!
DM: Are you sure you want to do that?
Player: Um, no. Maybe, Why, do you think it would be stupid?

ok, thats our plan. When we go up, very stealthily, to the doors, do we hear, smell or sense anything on either side of the door?

Timorel will wet a kerchief and tie it so it covers his nose and mouth. He has his sword in one hand and is ready to throw oil.

;) that's why a picked up some rags from the tavern. I didn't use it yet because I didn't want to put that idea into Solomoriah's head if he hadn't already thought of it :) but I was prepared if he did)

In the course of looking for a place to put his iron spike, Grumm discovered a large steeple-nail (which those who were less versed in the ways of ironmongery might simply call a staple) protruding slightly from the wall above the doorframe. It appeared perfectly placed to accept the rope.

Looking at the bar, he realized it had a hole in it, nearly centered, just the size and shape of an iron spike. This has all been done before, he thought.

"This has all been done before," says Grumm, pointing out the hole in the bar and the staple above the door.
