Chapter 3: Trying Again
Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
"Horn?" Shybolt says, stunned for a moment. "Mayhap you may be on to something. Should we blow it and see what happens? We can always run back through the door and nail it shut."
Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
Arven smacks his forhead, "I recall Master Shybolt mentioning finding an old horn on one of your first forays into the tunnels. And as he has said, this may not indeed be a test of strength."

Player: Um, no. Maybe, Why, do you think it would be stupid?

Timorel slips out of his pack, pulls out the horn, and puts the pack back on. "Well, we might be able to run, if blowing the horn doesn't trap us here. Let's see if our lizard statue friends recognize it."
With that, Timorel raises the horn to his chest so it is clearly visible to the two guardians. Is there any reaction?

"Blow the horn then lets start the fight."
Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
Grumm: "Ah - the horn. Sure - give it a blow."
While they're doing that, Grumm will position himself north of the northernmost statue.

Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
Shybolt will go South of the southernmost statue. He will have his dagger in his left hand to use defensively and his sword in his right.
"Blow the horn, Master Timorel."

Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
Mace and shield at the ready, Arven moves to put some room between Shybolt and himself, hopefully drawing the creatures attention so the thief can maneuver as he needs. He also moves away from the swing arc of Grumms mighty sword as he prays a silent prayer for us all.

Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
(OOC: Nekron, I don't do a lot of backstabbing unless the situations presents itself. Realistically it would be unlikely that someone could get a sneak attack on a creature that is watching them in a brightly lit space. In this situation I will just swing away and hope for the best.)
