Chapter 1: The Descent

[Solomoriah]

While Timorel retrieved the horn, his comrades attacked the zombies entering the room. Shybolt struck first, followed shortly by Dorne, but the zombie continued forward. Grumm's strike was more telling, splitting the undead monster in twain.

Unfortunately, another zombie followed, hitting Dorne with a rusty longsword. Looking past Dorne's assailant, Grumm was relieved to see that only one more zombie was visible in the hallway.

Dorne took 5 points of damage. Actions for next round?

Grumm will keep on swinging! He's finally earning his keep as a fighter.

[Sir Bedivere]

Alarmed, Timorel calls to Dorne: "Need to switch?"

If Dorne wants to switch places, Timorel drops his torch, moves into the line, and will swing at the zombie when his initiative comes up.

If Dorne remains on the front line, Timorel maintains his position in the middle of the second line, keeping an eye out behind as well as paying attention to the fight.

[Hywaywolf]

Shybolt will slash the evil entrancement with his sword.

[Maliki]

Alarmed, Timorel calls to Dorne: "Need to switch?"

"Just a scratch"

Dorne will standfast at the doorway, and continue to pound away with his warhammer.

[Solomoriah]

Grumm slashed the attacking zombie with his glaive, laying it low; as Shybolt danced away from the falling corpse, Dorne leapt forward and smashed the remaining zombie, which seemed to fall apart at his strike.

[Hywaywolf]

"Hey, Grumm!" called out Shybolt, as he pirouettes . "Watch where your throwing your dead zombies."

Shybolt will then move into the main hall to see what else might be coming. If he sees nothing, he'll go back into the crypt room and say, "So now we have a body to throw in the teleport trap in the other room."

I AM GRUMM, SLAYER OF ZOMBIES!!!

[Sir Bedivere]

"Impressive!"

Timorel looks to see if the corpses have pouches or anything that might carry treasure.

or perhaps a jewel encrusted dagger stuck in its ribs
