Timorel tilts his head forward just slightly, as if to look closer, and says, "No, wait. Right here," and he points, "it says 'When this horn is touched by a halfling thief, his fingers will all fall off.'" Then he arches an eyebrow at Shybolt, though he has difficulty suppressing his grin.

"Do you want to live forever?" asks Shybolt. He will then lean his torch against the wall, draw his sword and use it point to lift the horn off the wall. he will be ready with his free hand to catch the horn if the strap breaks.

Though he tried to avoid it, Shybolt's sword cut easily through the rotten strap. He deftly grabbed it out of the air. For a moment, the whole company stood silently, waiting for the bones to stir... but none did.

Shybolt regarded the horn more closely. The carvings on the horn itself seemed somehow cruder than the ropework pattern on the golden trim. Though he examined it at length, Shybolt learned nothing further from examining it.

In case a fight breaks out, I need to know everyone's position.

Timorel is standing half-facing Shybolt and half looking out to the room when the horn falls into Shybolt's hand. If we're freezing time, that's where he is. If not, then, he turns to the room (west on the map), says, "Shall we go?" and runs for the door.

Shybolt watches the Elf run for the door and smiles as he remembers his first few times in a dungeon. Then he trots after him, remembering all the reasons why being in a room full of skeletons while holding an ancient horn with an unknown script written all over it might give one a reason to want to run. When/if he reaches the door, he'll hold the horn out to Timorel and ask, "want to take a closer look at it?"

Grumm is still standing at the door of the room and watching the corridors for movement.

Dorne is in the room, by the doorway, watching Shybolt and Timorel.

Okay, nothing happens to this point. Carry on.
