"Good Luck." he says to all before heading off with Nivek.
Nivek nods in agreement.

Hiker listened to the instructions given by Tannen and nodded periodically checking Karl for appropriate Gaurd-like reaction. Tannen instructs Hiker to silently repeat the mantra to ensure his understanding by stressing that this IS in fact very important in getting Miss Alma back, so Hiker mumbles softly to himself

Rope, wait, goblins trip, hit goblins ... Rope, wait, goblins trip, hit goblins

And he takes up positions with Karl, rope in one hand, hammer in the other and again checks with Karl to get just the right facial grimace for the situation...

Rope, wait, goblins trip, hit goblins ... Rope, wait, goblins trip, hit goblins

Hiker feels very good about this.

Doughbert readies his bow and hopes that Paladin is clear on the shoot and move scenario.

Nivek digs a couple of Oil Flasks out of his pack, handing one to Paladin with a wink...."Just so ye don't need to dig it out of my pack without me knowing about it, my quick fingered friend." He holds out another for anyone who might not have one handy. If nobody needs it, Nivek will put it in his belt so it might be ready later.

"Shall we do this then?" He queries.

Doughbert will take the proffered oil flask and stash it in a handy easily accessible spot on his person.

"I hate goblins," Karl whispered as he stood ready to carry out the sergeant's plan to kill goblins... which was a good thing.

"Hey, Karl," whispers Doughbert. "What should Hiker do with his shield arm?"
