As an aside, Taply's equipment list is what he starts with, assuming he is a travelling druid that expects to camp in the wilderness a lot. So, he has some cooking equipment and sleeping equipment (tents are for city folk!). That means if we are going to be doing a traditional dungeon (which it doesn't look like right now, thank goodness), Taply is relying on others to be bringing in the iron spikes, 10' poles, rope, yards of string, and all of that stuff.

In other words, he has his pre-adventure stuff, not anything for dungeon delving.

Taply doesn't actually mention all of this, he assumed this meeting was for planning things out, and he assumes that this whole excursion will be above-ground and only take about a day or so.

Also, are we leaving most of our stuff in our rented rooms and just taking arms and armor, or are we bringing all our stuff on this trip?

Just want to ask some operational questions here since we seemed to have dived right in! (Which is great, but I don't want it to come back and bite us.)

It's much of an exploration of the world a bit. so for now we will do a bit of wilderness travel. There won't be any crawl yet unless that was some case it happens. Though yes, you will have your stuff in your rented rooms since this isn't a whole trip from somewhere distant. So for now we are up in the surface.

However I wanted to note I have such places (not all) set as dungeons. So Oldwin's place maybe is such an example.

You are the meat shield, so I doubt anyone is going to take offense at you taking point. I sure don't!

Taply is going for second position as it's safer for him, plus he can start parley if needed. Assume intimidation isn't required, of course! If we need intimidation, you get to do the talking.
