OOC - I doubt we have been that stealthy but spiking the door will give us away completely. Go ahead if you wish but be prepared to get rushed by kobolds...

Are you sure this is OOC? Kind of reads like a discussion between your characters.
I don't actually have orders to execute here. Bothan has invited Neirin to go and spike a door, but neither player has told me what they are doing.

OOC - my characters comments were definitely OOC. I don't know who Neirin is talking to. No one actually said anything about surprise. We're talking about whether we bother to spike a door.
My two guys will hold pretty much where they were. By now, I assume Hengist has the lantern and spear.

OOC: sorry, but I agree with Solo that the discussion should have been between the PCs. An OOC discussion about which strategy the PCs will then agree on IC seems pointless. Anyway, Neirin and Tertullian have proposed IC to watch door 2 if the other guys want to go after what seems like kobolds behind door 1.
