Please declare actions for the first regular round. I'm doing hidden initiative here, because I can.
If you are waiting for them to approach, that's fine, but I'll still need to know if you plan melee, missile fire, spells, etc. so I can run the round.

Ranald will move into G2, pointing his (loaded) crossbiow around the corner.
Hengist moves forward to F5, Halberd level, and asking for Rowan to come with him. If there is anything to attack in F6, he will do so.
Come one, man. Pole arms in formation!

Bothan and Alphonse will attack with their melee weapons if attacked.

Tertullian follows behind Hengist prepared to strike with his mace if anything gets past them.
Neirin remains where he is to backup those in the *1 row with his mace.

Rowan moves side-by-side with Hengist to F5, ready to impale any opponent who shows up.
He whispers, more to himself: "Don't let them cut us off from the entrance..."
[OOC: there was talk of Bothan blocking the door. Did that happen?
I assume Faylen is now in the same square as Bothan in which case she will stay there, sword drawn.]

Bothan and Faylen are evidently both at I1, and Bothan has closed the door and begun to spike it, if I understand the situation correctly.
I will run the first actual round tonight; until then, feel free to comment as needed.

[OOC: Ok, then Faylen will help with the spiking as announced earlier and Rowan advances with Hengist.]

Initiative: 5 for the heros, 6 for the monsters. Rowan, Faylen, Neiran, and Ranald act on 6 due to Dex.
Bothan and Faylen worked quickly to spike the door closed at the back of the party, and apparently they were just in time, for both could hear the sounds of running feet on the other side of the door.
As Hengist and Rowan began to advance down the hallway, a group of six little dog-faced men appeared at the intersection ahead of them. The little monsters didn't wait, though; each was armed with a collection of crude knives, and all six let fly with them. As it happened, each man was hit by one knife, but neither was seriously hurt.
The two adventurers proceeded to attack. Rowan struck with his spear, but missed, while Hengist swung his heavy halberd true, slaying one of the little monsters.
Rowan and Hengist each suffered 2 points of damage. Rowan rolled 5, Hengist 16 on their respective attacks. As best as I can tell, these are all the actions for the round; in particular, Ranald didn't declare intent to actually attack, but merely pointed his crossbow downrange.
Please declare actions for the second regular round.
