Kanya - you can be anywhere you want in the hall by now. You did drop the light source at H08. If you have moved back beyond I15, you are in darkness. Sorry. I had misread your earlier post. You are not visible...
Yuan Cheng - the well is right in the middle of the cluster of concrete cubes. You are about 30 feet away from the guys at the well. The larger cube - which has a big metal spike sticking out the top - is also only about 60 feet away. You are currently between the two groups.
If you charge the two at the well, you'd be in combat. A surprise round maybe, but then you'd be in melee.
You can go with your gut or wait for me to map it.

Yeah, let's go for it.
The one looking into the well should just require a small push so YC will sneak up behind him and push him in with his staff. Once that's done, he will advance on the other by the well with the intention of pushing him in too. After that, YC will hide behind a cube.

Your initial sneak up is a success.
Your push is also a hit. The pirate fails his dexterity roll and falls headlong into the well, screaming.
The other pirates sees you and gasps with surprise. He rolls a 1 for surprise. You get an entire free round on him.
That's gone pretty well so far!
But the remaining pirate isn't that close to the well (5') so you might need to actually take him out with your fists or staff.
Do you want to continue?

OK, YC will "holster" the staff and take out this guy with his fists. (2 attacks are probably better than 1 for this.)

Jaali definitely stays hidden for now.

Sonja as well. She's waiting for either them to get closer or for Jaali to backstab one of them.

Yuan Cheng -
PLease See This: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=1835#p55512
The Staff used as an extension of unarmed fighting technique: 2 attacks. To Hit +7, Damage 1d6+3, stun length at +2 rounds
Stun attack on AC+5.
Single attack, +8 to hit, 2d4+2damage.
Those are your current stats for the staff based on 5th level. Can you put something like that on your character sheet?
Yuan Cheng attacks the surprised pirate with his staff twice. He hits once. It's a stunning blow, and it knocks the pirate out. The pirate also takes 7 hit points.
The other pirate (the one you pushed in the well) hits the water with a loud wet slap that echoes up the well shaft. He was screaming all the way down. Strangely, there's no indication so far that the other pirates near the largest cube have actually heard this.
What do you do? You are not sure of the man survived the fall but it's deep, healing water, so he probably did. You just haven't heard anything yet. Nice job! The dice went well for you, too.
Sonya and Jaali - the two pirates, your former friends, wait for a round as someone else makes his way down the stairs. There are whispered discussions in Siamese. They still don't notice Jaali. Sonya is in darkness, bow in hand.

Watch and wait. Worst case, Sonja plans to dart right and take her chances running through the ruins.

Thanks! Not sure how I missed the staff stats.
YC will push the stunned pirate in after the other one and then dash over to the largest cube.

YC
OK - this guy is quite unconscious so if you throw him in the well, you may kill him. I'll say you have done so, but you can backtrack if you wish.
You haven't actually heard anything from the first pirate you pushed in. He may be stunned from the fall, drowning, or dead.
You move over to the largest, central cube. There is one pirate just outside the doorway, pistol drawn, scanning about. Everything else must be going on inside the cube or down below. It seemed like there were people here in conversation before, but you can only see one guy outside the cube right now.
Jaali and Kanja
The person coming down the stairs is not the monk. It's another pirate whose name you don't know. This tall but rather stopped fellow stands around in whispered conversation with Kanya for a minute before he proceeds to walk down the RIGHT hand walkway - the one no one has been down yet. He has no light.
