Jaali - That's fine.
Meta-gaming a bit here. You can follow for nearly two hours til something will happen. I won't know what until I have resolved the camel battle. So sit tight.
Yuan-Cheng - you are meditating when Farhan comes into the ruins. He is badly injured with arrows. He and the remaining pirate leave the cube and have a conversation you can't hear, then they come back in and both take it in turns to stand guard over you. You realise they do not know about the healing well otherwise they'd be using it.
You get 5 hp back for meditating.

YC doesn't exactly know where the well is, in relation to his current position.
The two men just point weapons at him and tell him to keep still.
