It seems clear that no one has been down here in some time. I suggest that we leave the way we came as quickly as possible. Otherwise we might inadvertently reverse whatever spell holds them so."

What are you doing down there? This was not the plan. Why do you people keep wanting to explore the ruins left by the old white wizards? No good will come of it. Let us be going to your ship, as soon as the last of my men are healed...

OOC: Did Teruk come down with us? I thought Maju suggested that he and his men stay up topside.

No, he's still up top. I guess he can't exactly see you, but he is calling out to you.

"What do you sense?"

I can't sense anything. I'm just a humble sword. I can see these monkey men and I think you should...leave them alone.

You can tell the sword was about to say something else, but given his recent bargain not to get you into trouble, he changed his mind.

"Heck if I know why we came down here." replies Kanya to Maju's translation. "I agree with Maju. Whatever torpefied these apes holds little interest for us to linger about." She turns to head back up the stairs. Turning one last time to Fhajah and Jaali, she adds, "And I certainly don't see anything of value here, unless you're into bone clubs and crumbling quivers."

FWIW, the cleric saw no sign of the ranger's presence here. The torch looks like it had been lying rfor years at least.
