Role play of the question sequence is going nicely.

Seems like we have a decision to stay in the jungle and go back to the village and nearby ruins where the new character Teruk is from. His father (the chief) has been captured by some kind of magic-user, and some ogres.

There's more opportunity to role play here, but I want top get things moving so if I haven't heard anything more by tomorrow, I will assume that this is what is happening, and get on with the rest of the night and the following morning.

I haven't seen this happen in a long time. I know a lot of DMs would shun it, but I've decided to run with it in this setting, and see what happens. The characters on LOST were beating each other up and killing each other all the time, so, why not...? Besides, there is really no reason why we can't have more than one faction operating on this island.

I would just like to point out that saracen didnt actually kill anyone when boarding the ship, he is much to lazy to have been involved in that when his share in the treasure is the same either way. He just stood around looking menacing.

Seriously though, I was goading you with the "murderer" comments to see whether Saracen was a bloodthirsty, amora pirate; impressed against his will; or Smee. None of the replies denied the title of murderer, and the most loquacious response was, "if it bothers you, pretend I'm not."

In the metagame, I'm a bit sorry I'm attacking another PC. In the game though, I think this is Sonja's best chance for survival, as pirates aren't known for helping out anyone who is weak, and parties need to help each other out. I thought really hard about "disappear into the jungle and out of the game" as the other recourse for solving the conflict.
