Ferahf presses his cold nose against Eli's neck to get his attention. //Eli, I think caution would be in order. If you would stand still I might be able to listen into the room before we enter it.\\

Alrone chips into the conversation "yes a good plan, we shouldn't rush so head strong into every situation"

Eli will stop and crouch slightly on the balls of his feet.

William keeps on moving his bad self along with the others.
[OOC is the scout 30' ahead?]

Edward trusts shaha and so trusts the talisman. He continues to the room and looks around.

OOC here. Since we haven't established an order of march (yes I read the posts about it) I'm thinking that Eli will try to stay about 30' ahead of the party while in a straight tunnel. Any time he comes to a turn or doorway he'll stop, hold up a hand to let those behind know he's found something and then wait for the next in line to close up behind him. I don't want my low hp character to blunder into a "boo-boo" that will kill him and set the rest of the party into a bad situation. That and the Khat would be pissed if his source of warmth suddenly became cold.

I thought we had established a marching order. Eli... Elizabeth (everyone else). And Elizabeth is 31' behind Eli, so you won't have to worry about my clanking impacting your ability to sneak. I can't say as much about that khat on your shoulders though.

Entering the room the party sees that it is made of the same luminous, perfectly smooth, material as the hallway and is 40' x 40' in size. Apparently it was made to be able to hold a largish number of people. Along the edges of the room are low benches that could be beds and in other places the outlines of what are probably cabinet doors.
The thing that immediately grabs everyone's attention, however, is a large wooden upright ring standing about three feet in front of the far wall. Alrone immediately senses magic radiating from the ring. The interior of the ring looks like rippling water though nothing can be seen in it's depths.

Elizabeth wonders if we're supposed to jump through that. She knows better than to stick her hand through it. Much better for the wizard to stick his hand through it.
Assuming the more magically inclined opt to investigate the ring, she'll explore the rest of the room (cabinets and beds).
