Elizabeth will wait for Elifain and Ferahf to return from their exploration. Once they do, she intends to double back to the northern passage.

Ferahf hearing the skittering sounds turned around and walked back to the rest of the group.// I do not think it would be wise to go that way. \\ He will follow the group as they continue following the compass.

William resumed his place in the marching order and suggests the party hustle, not walk, back out of this area and up the northern tunnel. (We go to 1.5 times our movement rate.)
OOC - I'm not agreed to following the compass in every situation. Sometimes it will make sense to explore around a bit. Just not this time.

Edward waits till the others pass him then he falls back into the rear position. The uneasiness of the ones that came out of the anthole smelled of a fear that had now started to creep into the back of his mind. He would feel eyes one his back, but when he turned to look he saw nothing. He would be happy when they were back in that north bound tunnel again.

Having investigated the ant-men made tunnel and decided on a course of prudence our stalwart and intrepid adventurers return to the main chamber and thence into the tunnel heading north.
As they walk along they continue to feel the encroaching cold as it seems to sap, ever so slowly, their strength and energy. Those who have received wounds feel them stiffening up now and aching and Ferahf, of all of them, feels the cold the most intensely.

Elizabeth will give a prayer to Eia for help. She can't recall the prayer best for this situation, so she'll improvise: "Eia, grant us warmth whilst we push back this mist." Suddenly, she feels a bit better (even if only in her head

Edward stares intently at the Talisman. "This is not a natural place. I believe these tunnels may kill us if we don't find way stations regularly."
He notices that the glow of the gem grows brighter as they move further north. and knows that we are getting closer.
