Alrone, gets to his room, explores the place, and flops down on the overstuffed bed after leaving instructions with the bellhop to have him notified when it is six hours past noon.
(OOC: deleted the latter part of this post in an effort to bring the party all together in time and space.)

As Edward makes his way around the Inn he is discreetly watched by the staff who have been given whispered orders to make sure the "orcish looking fellow" doesn't ruin anything. To be fair most of the staff roll their eyes at the snootiness of their manager, themselves not being residents of Upton or even the West Quarter but rather the more homely North section of town.
Edward makes his way up to his room and wanders around at loose ends hoping someone will take charge of the group since they seem to have a worrisome tendency to go wandering off with no care in the world which, he suspects, is not a good thing as the Mist is surely coming and time is slowly running out for them all.

As Kynndelic is ushered to his room by a well trained servitor he suddenly groans in pain and falls to one side, grasping his foot. Gasping in agony he pulls his boot from his appendage with the concerned help of the man who'd shown him to his rooms. When the foot was bared the reason for the sudden pain was horrifically obvious. At the top of the foot was a faintly pulsing pulpy graying spot with tendrils that seemed to have started to spread outward. Painful stabs shot through the beleaguered elf before subsiding. The pulsing stopped but the flesh remained hot and tender to the touch, so much so that he could not put any weight on the foot at all.

I need some gear, sir. To be precise, I need:
1 Armor patch kit
10 silver arrows in case of the werekind
10 spare bowstings
a pint of Sword Oil
a fullback quiver.
I have gear of that nature back in Abertawe but did not bring it up here. I was expecting to return almost immediately but circumstances have changed and I now need to stay for a while. Can you help me?

"Most certainly most certainly. And quite the bargain I can give you too. A moment please." The man hurries way happily chortling to himself and yelling excitedly for his son, wife, cousins, nephews, and other sundry relatives to come help him gather up the items in question. In the event a decrepit old man who must be his elder sibling shuffles out the back room with palsied gait and begins to putter around looking for...well...something.
After a bit all the items are on the counter and the man says, "That will be one gold crown if you please good sir."
You grudgingly fork over the coin and gather up your items and trudge back up the hill to the Inn where you find a commotion in the hall outside of Kynndelic's room. You hear hushed whispers of "hangman's disease" and "horrible horrible" and "my word! to think that a place with one's reputation would let scum like that in here..."
You make it back to Elizabeth's room and hand her her portion of the goods.

Elizabeth hasn't been that close to nobility, which is what Shaha surely must be.

With such risqué clothing, it's obvious why Shaha wants to keep her cloak about her. She mentally notes to ask William to pick up another set of traveling clothing, unsure whether she'll tell William whether it is for her (Elizabeth) or Shaha. Both girls have the same height, though Elizabeth is broader at the shoulders. She'll lock the door though, because she doesn't want anyone -- not even William -- to disturb Shaha until she's better.
You said something earlier about two bumps in the center of her back. Without trying to look, does Elizabeth notice anything beyond no bumps?
"Where is that hot tea?" she mutters to herself. She takes the freezing girl's temperature again. Is she warming up and/or still frozen solid? If she's warming up and showing signs of getting better, Elizabeth will keep the fire warm. If she's still freezing cold, Elizabeth will do the only thing she knows of to treat hippa...hypa...hiPOthermia. (men, avert your eyes please!) She'll strip down to her undergarments and try to warm her up with excess body heat.
That's about it until Something Happens or it gets fairly late with no change in her health. She'll open the door if it's William or the housekeeper with the tea, but nobody is allowed in. If it's the housekeeper, she'll say that the lady is faint and unaccustomed to the weather, having just traveled here from southern Gaul.

Let's assume William shows up before things get too indecent.
Elizabeth opens the door a bit, but not too much. She whispers, "William! You can't come inside. She's not recovered yet. Can you do me a favor though? I think we need some traveling clothes for her. She's... um... her clothes under that cloak are ruined and she can't walk around with only a cloak. I think she's about my size, but a bit less broad on the waist and shoulders. Just buy something like you used to buy me five years ago, before I joined the guard and started putting on all this muscle."
Sorry Longman! I know you just got back from shopping, but can you go again? Pleeeeease?? /flirt flirt

William ignores Elizabeth on this occasion, and goes to check out what is happening with Kyndellic.
(PS didn't actually name any items for Elizabeth so assume I bought those for her, and she can cross of her own coin?)

(OOC: Erm. Need you to rewrite your posts a bit Woe. William already came into the room and so did Joscelyn who promptly fell on top of Shaha lengthwise as he was suffering from drinking a brandy followed by a too-brisk walk.)
PS: Read the last of Joscelyn's thread to get a more complete picture of events.

Um no. Joscelyn is going to get booted back into the hallway, one way or another.
I'm not reading threads I'm not present at, since I don't want to know things Elizabeth wouldn't know; otherwise I would have objected then. William came to the room (not inside), but both propriety and decency prevents Elizabeth from letting him in, even though she views him as her older brother. Besides, he came to the room not inside just to be asked to go shopping again (women!
)and now he's off carousing with Kyndellic. As for Joscelyn, Elizabeth knew him for at most one week? She's definitely not going to let that one in, especially drunk. She wouldn't even open the door.
Sorry if it's going to make things difficult, but you did want role playing.
If you want to assert he defeated the lock (haha Elizabeth failed her "lock locks" roll) and came inside before passing out...
Elizabeth looks at the drunkard in disgust. Fortunately, tossing drunks out into the gutter for them to sober up is a oft-used skill for her. She'll do the same to him, though she'll toss him into the hall. Let the housekeep clean up the trash. It's their guest, not hers.
*poof* Problem solved. This time, she'll use a chair to ensure the door stays closed.
