OOC Thread

Ah Aerth. In merry ol' Angland, King Ithwyrd lies old and feeble on his bed in Lyndon-Upon-Tems. Despite this all is well. The succession is assured and the land prospers. But something is coming that has not been seen since before the fall of the last dragon for it is... the season of the mist.

My mistake. Other than William and Elizabeth you don't know each other.

Minor quibble. You all are at a large round dinning table in the Captain's common room - not a desk.

Sorry XD. As far as all the world details go, they are cool and everything however will it be integral to the game for us to behave appropriately within the game world?

Mint, when you get a chance can we get some background info on King Whozit and Queen Whatshername? I concocted some rubbish about escort duty, but couldn't find the King's name anywhere save the forum description. Likewise, is the Church hierarchical or fairly decentralized?

I'm mentally thinking Church of England (centralized/hierarchical) and King Richard I (heavily feudal).

RSN. For sure. Look for an announcement sometime today. ;)

Not to worry. Just try to place yourself in a medieval mind set and you should do well. Visualize best you can while you write and it will help.

I make mistakes all the time and am glad when people point them out to me so I can go back to correct them.

If I point out a mistake it's not a reprimand. It's a clarification for the benefit of the other players so they don't think, for instance, that there is a desk in the cabin along with the dining table (which I see I misspelled as "dinning" by the way  ).

Lucky me, I have an INT of 8. I can make dumb mistakes and get extra credit for roleplaying!
