Part Four: New Beginnings

"Daniel, another order of soup please!" Matthew calls back.

[SerGavin]

Haldor turns and addresses Akarrus. "So when did you start doing............whatever it is that you do?"

[Jered Taikith]

Lys looks over at Akarrus also, interested in what he might have to say in response.

Daniel strides out of the kitchen, and sets a bowl of soup and a roll in front of Akarrus. He then returns to the kitchen.

[Nightwulf]

Akarrus sighs and says"I began my hunt on December,13,1290."

[Jered Taikith]

Unable to help herself Lys blurted, "You've been hunting someone for four years?!" She stared at the masked man in astonishment for a moment before remembering the spoon full of stew she'd been about to put in her mouth. "Sorry," she said with more aplomb, "but isn't the trail a bit...er...cold by now?"

[Nightwulf]

"My Informent told me that my target was last seen heading toward the Ruined Lands."

[Jered Taikith]

Lys smiles pleasantly, "I hope your informant was a bit more specific than that. The Ruined Land was an Empire after all."

Picking up her cup she takes a drink of her water before returning to her stew.

[SerGavin]

"well, if our friend here can track a man for four years without the trail going cold. I don't think that he's going to let a ruined empire get in the way."

[Nightwulf]

"No I won't."Akarrus takes a bite of the stew
