"Why yes, there have been people who have come out. Many of them have brought great treasures with them. Not too long ago, a group of treasure hunters brought back out a wagonload of jewels."

The innkeeper looks at Tuk a little oddly.

(To Sen)

"Anything else you want to know?"

Sen gives Tuk a quick smile, then turns back to the Innkeeper and asks, "Did the people who came out of the Ruined Land speak of what they encountered there?"

"Well, I've heard that little green folk who ride on wolves roam the Ruined Lands. They're said to be quite mean and cruel, but not very dangerous. A good warrior like you aught to be able to handle them. I've also heard of little dog men who dwell there."

(to Tuk) "no my friend I serve Elan Lord of the sea.And I have not had the pleasure of seeing him in this world."

Sen looks at Matthew for a long moment with a faint frown as if trying to decide whether he is having her on or not but then her face clears and she asks, "And what of the land itself? Is there water, plants to eat, animals to hunt?"

"Well, I know that the Ruined Lands are fairly fertile. Many animals live there, and many plants grow there. I don't know any exact details though."

Sen smiles warmly at the Innkeeper her loose tunic opening a trifle as she leans forward innocently to ask in a low voice, "And have you heard, perhaps, where those people went to find this treasure you've heard about?" Her eyes look shyly into his as she takes a slow deep breath while reaching out her hand and touching his wrist with the tips of her fingers.

"Well, I know there are many ruins in the Ruined Lands, but I don't know their exact locations. I know that there are many ruined outposts and watch towers near the border."

The innkeeper gently pushes Sen's hand away.

"You're not my type" he whispers.
