I actually thought it'd be Freya and Jasper in the coach, but works either way.
"Are you saying that I'm banished? From Brant? Or from the elvish kingdoms? I'm sorry, but I don't follow what is happening here. A panther is killing humans and as a result, your father is exiling us from contact with other elves?"
It's not quite clear to me. Is Papa Sun kicking them out of the elvish quarter of the university, the whole university, or elvishdom as a whole? If the two of them were to walk around Brant would they be arrested or mugged or ignored or (whatever passes for normal in Brant)?
General plan once I sort this out: figure out how to get Tiana to Ember /or/ figure out how to capture/kill the panther and get the gemstones back. Worst case is bailing out of Brant completely. How hard would it be to deliver the mirror to Ember?

Papa Sun has no jurisdiction to bekicking you out of the (human) university, let alone Brant. There a few few buildings where elves are located, that's all. The exact nature of the threat wasn't clear.
"My father does not wish for Tiana Moonglade to make any further contact with Rillow Ember, or for her to learn any more of our elvish magic. If she wishes to continue this foolishness of venturing into Boldenwald, there shall be no support given by us."
In regards to your plans - you can hang around in Brant all you like. Rillow may even come looking for you. Imagine there are a cluster of 3 fine old buildings around a courtyard, with about 30 elves in total dwelling within, and some humans. If you can figure out a way of getting the magic-user and a 6' tall mirror inside without being seen, all the best. You'd say it would be quite heard but not impossible.
You do have fake beards, you will recall.

My father does not wish for Tiana Moonglade to make any further contact with Rillow Ember...
Perhaps Freya can make contact with Rillow. She'll go shopping at the "usual places", not necessarily buying anything as I suspect there's not much a market for Boldenwald goods right now. She will attempt to learn more about the panther as well, but discretely -- mostly listening when it is being discussed opposed to asking questions.

Freya's keen hearing turns up a conversation in an Inn, which is about how the human gem dealer lived on a particular square called Walleye, which is in the merchants quarters. Several attacks have occurred in or near the square, late at night, and it is now well guarded, you didn't know this previously, as you only knew where the merchant's shop was, not his house.
Otherwise, people are a bit suspicious of Freya and tend to shut up around her.
I'm railroading you a bit and suggesting you go communicate with Bruce. He thinks you are at the university and won't know where to look for you when he wants to return to your company.
Do you want to find an Inn as well? That will be out of your own coin. Your arrangement with Danys will not cover you here.

Aah... Bruce. Thanks for the railroad. Freya will attempt to look for him as well. She might have a job for him. Tiana can stay in the pocket plane studying the ancient tomes or newly identified artifacts or whatever mages do during downtime.
As for the evening, Freya will be staying alone. She won't go near Walleye for now -- the townspeople have already judged her, it seems, and there's no advantage to being seen near the place where she's been judged guilty of a crime.

Today is Thursday 25th of September.
Freya will be staying alone this evening...where?
Bruce is pretty easy to locate later this afternoon. He spent last night with the boys at Lefty Cartwright's smithy, catching up. He's happy to come and hang out with you (Freya) this evening if you want to do something this evening.
Danys himself will be sleeping in his coach, outside a coaching Inn, and waiting for you to make contact about going back home again. Tiana spends all day in the so-called pocket plane, in the mirror, in the coach.
The dungeon outside is still quiet as a grave.

Freya will be staying with a reputable inn, with two beds (one for Bruce). She won't stay near Walleye (because she doesn't want to take on the panther alone).

I need to know if this is the same Inn that the coach is at (and therefore, Tiana).
I also need to know if you picked up Bruce in the coach, or on foot.
Basically I need more precise knowledge of your movements in this situation.

Yes, the coach is at the same inn if possible. Freya got Bruce on foot during the day, during her wanderings.
Does the mirror transmit sound?

No, the mirror does not tramsit sound.
The Inn you have chosen is called the Golden Crown. The coach is parked in the Inn yard, with Danys inside. No one knows Tiana is in there.
Freya, you have picked up Bruce from the smithy, about half a mile from your chosen Inn. It is about 6.30 at night and you are heading back to the Inn to have some dinner.
You are pretty sure you being followed. You have noticed a woman, youngish, dressed in ordinary clothes, who was stationary outside the smithy, but moved after you and has now taken 4 turns exactly the same as you.
She's about 120 feet behind you right now.
What do you do?
