How far away is Freya and the corridor to 6 from the rest of the party? About 120'?

the party are at the far end of room 5. The width of a corridor is about 10'. By my reckoning that's more like 80'.

Freya will signal to the others to hide (and by hide, I mean completely out of sight hiding with no light sources). She'll quietly back up to a point where she can hide herself (the corridor to 5 is a logical choice), or she's out of time.
Your move, Ser Dunjonmeister.

She was at the southern end of the corridor between 5 and 6, as far as I knew. I've moved her to the alcove called 5a across the hall. OK?
She hears a creature walking into room 6 and talking in goblinish. There is a response from up the stairs to level 2. It sounds like there's an older, bigger goblin up there. And probably more than one.
Then the goblin heads south and looks at the place where the trap just got sprung. He sticks its head out into room 6. He doesn't see you in the alcove across the hallway. He is an ordinary looking male goblin with plain but well-made leather armor and a small spear. (Looks like they sent the big guys north, this time.)
The others in the party are all hid about 90' away and the lights are covered. Everyone saw Freya's signal and got down in time.
The goblin checks out the fallen bit of metal and your half-rigged trap for a round or so. You can act if you want, or wait for him to go away.

I'll wait. I don't think I can silence him fast enough.

He examines the fallen bit of metal and the trap set up for a few rounds longer, and the you hear more yelled instructions from the level above. He obeys at once, leaves the fallen trap parts behind, and goes back into room 6 and up the stairs.
You can't really work out what's going on further north of room 6 any more. The conversation and movement seem to have died down.
Freya is getting good exp for this, by the way.

Just to confirm, the little goblin went north and the bigger ogres dropped off the radar?
Freya will sneakily get back to the rest of the party. Hopefully the dwarves have not spotted anything lumbering down the northern passage. Once the party is all together, they'll take the southeast passage out of 5. Lights are still out, and Tiana is guiding both humans. Freya is in /back/ listening for something coming up behind them. (In)conveniently, they've already cleared out the traps in this area. >.<
Goal: avoid contact with dungeon denizens until the heat dies down and the ogres go back upstairs. I'm not sure whether the party will duck back into 2 or 3, so leave that as an option for now. Freya will be listening eagerly for nothing.
What you're supposed to tell me next: 30 minutes pass, and no sign of anything other than your party.

Yep.
Freya's sneak check is actually a fail and she makes quite a lot of noise. It's lucky that the goblins are too busy yelling at each other to hear it.
'Freya, stop sneaking up on us like that,' says Anna dryly, when Freya gets back to the party. 'You were so quiet we had no idea you were coming.'
The south-east passage out of 5 leads into area 3. You get in there (Freya again in the lead) ad seethe two stone diases as indicated on the map. Looks like they used to contain statues but these have gone.
The rooms to the south and north have yet to be explored but judging from a quick look in the doorway of each, they are empty.
Anna can hear something down the stairs and in a room somewhere below you. Movement, very quiet. Could have been rats. But it was there. No one else heard it.

Kilian looks around to see if he can sabotage the ceiling to fall down the staircase.
Beyond that, the choices are:
a) attack the ogres and goblins
b) wait for them to go away
b. seems more prudent, which means
b1. wait here to see if they go away
b2. wait somewhere else to see if they go away
I don't have a lot of other areas to wait -- 2, 3, or 1. 3 seems a bit off the beaten path so if the ogres have a patrol they do, I'm hoping they do a cursory look into 3 opposed to a thorough search.
As for that noise downstairs...
The rest of the party will stay quiet and see if they can hear something as well.

Kilian sees no way of damaging the stairs without making a huge amount of noise, over several hours. Damn dwarves built the place too well.
You sit tight in your current location and nothing happens. No noise from below. No sound of movement from the main hall (5).
You also have a quick look in the rooms to north and south (3a and 3b) and find a stone door, lying on the floor. There is more snowflake obsidian set into the door, maybe 10gp worth. Some bigger bits have been removed but smaller patterns remain.
