As for poor gullible Arnsty - I hadn't rolled his stats up until just recently. I used 3d6 for all the scores and arranged as desired for the class. Mostly I got incredibly good results, but his score of '5' had to go somewhere!

My other player goes missing for periods as well - so in fact I didn't really think much of it.

Oh! That does sound very sinister. It was Windows 10. My team works on Cortana. No tobacco involved, but I can say much alcohol was consumed as well as a few guns pointed at heads. I won't mention where I buried the bodies.

No, the winery is a hobby. I pour money into the ground, take the grapes, crush them (and my early retirement dreams), put the juice into barrels, add more money, and end up with too much wine so I give it away for free.

You're downloading Windows 10? That's pretty ironic. I can't download it at home yet. But, my component is the pretty sinister part of Cortana. It's responsible for knowing anything it can about you to personalize your experience better. When Cortana asks you "what should I call you?" or "where do you live?"... that's my job. To make sure Cortana remembers it, but we don't also share it with {the NSA, Chinese spies, your ex-wife, the interns, Skynet, ...}.

Stat check on Fido please. His character sheet has him for 6hp, and he's taken 8. You said he has 1 left. Is he 9 total or -2 now? I dread the answer to that question.
