Greetings!
It is I, the Grendelthebrave as has been passed on above. I'm excited to be diving in, seems to be quite an interesting system set up here. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions as I get started, but I've become at least passably familiar with BFRPG (though from a glance at the rules thread you've got a lot of interesting modifications), so the process should go smoothly.

welcome Grendel! Let me know when you are ready to post characters and I will make a thread for you. And don't be worried by all the details, rule tweaks etc. If you want to keep things simple, I can certainly accommodate that. Just pick simple classes and we'll go from there.

FYI, long few days at work and probably another one tomorrow (yeah on a Saturday... that bad). It might not be until Sunday before I get my brain unfried to a point where worrying about Kilian and Freya (et al) becomes intelligible thoughts again.

By the way - if it seems like I'm trying to steer you back down into the dungeon with this siege - I'm not. The goblins just happened to show up on dark moon while you were holed up, and that's just what they'd do to you.

So, if you want to escape overland, don't feel like it will spoil anything I had planned.

I actually need to replace two people with "haven't found them yet", hire a third of the same description, and fix a project that's both behind schedule and all screwed up... and all of this about three months ago. FML >.<

As for dem gobblies, I'll deal with them tomorrow. I have some dragons to slay tonight!

The OCD thread started on April 11 but I guess the real start was your first day in the woods. So yeah, April 17. Cool. I'm glad you are enjoying it. I sure am.

Speaking of milestones - Kilian is very close to F3 / C2, which is at 6000 EXP. That's gonna mean he could get spells.

He'll get to cast 2 spells per day. One for being 2nd level, and one for his wisdom bonus.

He will have to pick which spells to prepare - not like Tana who uses a spell point system.

Now technically, Kilian doesn't know any spells yet, but would you fancy him having a simple spell like Remove Fear, just to begin with? When he uses the name of the Rockfather, people nearby get a +1 on Fear saves, and are allowed an additional Fear save if they have already failed one. Bruce would get a +2, being a dwarf and a retainer of Kilian's.

Just a suggestion. If you want to wait for a another trigger for him to learn spells, that's fine.

When Kilian gets to 6000, that will also mean Bruce goes to level 2.

Cleric 2:
Does Kilian know he's become a warpriest? Like, are we retconning it or is Anna going to bash him on the head for him to have a divine experience?

Spells:
Sure, that's a good start but will he be using that often? Will we be getting feared much? GET THAT EVIL LOOK OUT OF YOUR EYES! And, um, remembering Kilian's recent encounter with a gump, I'm not sure if he'll be fearless himself.

What I'd like for other options eventually (to put other ideas into your head) is magic weapon, shield of faith, divine favor, bless.

Maintenance:
I'm behind on arrow and food usage both. I'll get to it this weekend, or at least kinda try.
