What I think is funny is the line "You should be safe there" on the eagle note, and then it turns out to be one of the most dangerous hexes on the board so far.

How infiltrative are rangers? We've mostly touched on the woodcraft+archer template, but that's somewhat because infiltration hasn't come up. I've never been a fan of the Drizzt-style ranger (too combative), thinking Talin to be more like the Legolas style, or the guy from Assassin's Creed (but more rural). Because Talin's and Freya's stealth skills are the same, I'm assuming they're both infiltrative. And ok... 10% is not very good. But at least they're equal!

Let me know if you'd prefer Talin to be more the archer type than the sneaky stealthy quietly assassinate the goblins before they ever hear him type.

Hint: Talin and Freya need to roll a lot better as everyone goes into the castle, to compensate for Kilian and Tiana.

I'm thinking of Talin and Freya as being about equal stealth-wise at the moment.

(That might change when Freya goes up a level which could happen any time now.)

In my mind 'Hide' at 10% refers to hiding behind the door while the goblins come in the room. Not hiding in the bushes '240 away.

Same with 'move silently'. It means moving down the corridor hoping the dragon doesn't hear you while you steal his gold. Not sneaking through some woodland.

Having said that, I'd be more favorable on a mission with just the two sneaky-types about a full hex in front of the rest of the group. (IOW, I'm not taking your hint. )
