Rykken nods in approval. "Yes, let's get them before they alert anyone else. We don't need anymore trouble than we already have."

Oypeen says, "I'll go in the front since I know what they look like. "

As one the companions head across the street to confront the two men. Opyeen goes in the front door flanked by Ravoneth and Brother James who seems loath to let the Elven Adept out of his sight. Around the back goes Hermia, Mae, Giovanni and Rykken.

As the first three enter the building there comes a startled curse from the back and the sound of a door being quickly opened. Running steps sound as at least one person leaves in a rush.

At the back of the building two men hurry out only to be stopped by the combined presence of a pair of well armed Halflings, a ready and prepared Magic User and a stout shield bearing Cleric with a powerful mace held in an easy grip.

The two men look to each other for a scant second then to the group arrayed in front of them. One makes a move with his right hand as if to draw a sword from his left hip and stops as he realizes no weapon hangs there. Both shrug slightly and drop their hands to the sides in surrender. Damn. one of them mutters while the other simply looks to the sky as if divine wisdom may give him an idea for escape.

Coming out behind them Opyeen and the two bare handed experts have them fully surrounded.

The one that muttered looks over his shoulder at Brother James, smiles a sad little smile and then turns to Rykken. I suppose you have questions......

Drawing himself up to full height and fixing them with a steely gaze, Rykken nods, "Indeed I do. Won't you accompany us back to my shop." Motioning to the others, "Search them for weapons and then don't let them out of your sight."

Provided there are no objections, he will lead them back to his shop for interrogation.

The two men allow themselves to be searched. Each is carrying a only a short carpenters knife. Heads held erect they follow the companions to Rykkens shop. On the way across the street both men are looking around as if searching for someone in the crowded mass that is the Merchants Quarter.

"James, keep an eye out. That was too easy. You know these people?" Ravoneth asks quietly as they walk back to the shop. She'll feel safe soon as she's in the shop. She quickly wonders if James is setting her up, but pushes the thought out of her mind.

Brother James keeps his head moving, always looking.... he replies in a terse whisper. That wasn't easy.... that was luck or it was planned. No I don't know these two and from the look of them our capture was blind luck. They are nothing more than lookouts or paid observers.

You see no one else watching you or paying other than normal attention.
