Ravoneth will help Giovanni put the remains to rest.
If searched nothing of value remains.
"Lead on. I still have no clue as to Brother James' current whereabouts, so our paths still overlap."

Re: 4) Undermountain: The Beholders Key
With the thief in the lead the CoS takes the west hallway. Leading south for a few feet and then turning north once again they come upon a sparkling spring coming out of the wall and draining into a small pool in the floor. The water is crystal clear, cold and appears safe to drink. Any member who drinks from the fountain is unharmed and in fact finds him or herself refreshed as if all fatigue has been washed away. The water, if placed in a water skin or similar container remains ice cold and pleasant to drink.
Turning from the spring and retracing their steps into the east leading hall way the companions find an oddly shaped room. To the north in an alcove (6e) they can see what appears to be piles of sand.

(haha, you didn't want us to waste a week testing the water and trying to trace its source
)
Is this sand that has been swept into piles and someone forgot to sweep up? Or piles of sands like if a sand monster was sleeping on the bare floor?

Oh we can easily go back to the spring if you'd like.Hywaywolf wrote:(haha, you didn't want us to waste a week testing the water and trying to trace its source)
From where you stand at the south west corner of the room it appears to be a random sand dune piled in there. There is no indication of sand anywhere else in the room.Hywaywolf wrote:Is this sand that has been swept into piles and someone forgot to sweep up? Re: 4) Undermountain: The Beholders Key
so is this sand dune bigger than a spear thrust? What is on the ceiling, especially above it? How much of the room does it take up?
Re: 4) Undermountain: The Beholders Key
The ceiling is the same as the rest of the room. The sand covers the 20x20 area of 6c in one mounded 5' tall drift.
