By now she should be done fiddling with levering up the mace with the longbow. Does it explode/melt/curse her into unending darkness?

"He says himself that we can't be sure his word will be observed. The only thing I want to know from him is why he killed that man. Then, Kallas, you can do what you want to him. I don't like it, but if no one else supports the lawful option... I'd rather he died in whatever method you feel is sufficiently honorable than have him come back to menace us again."

Living among the evil, the corrupt, the inept, the heartless, and those who believe right makes right and will take whatever they want from the poor folk who can't protect themselves. Living under the boot of those who use the lawful authorities as their puppets. In that kind of world, one learns that sometimes you have to handle the hard choices yourself."

Rykken snorts, "Judging by your weapon and your blatant disregard for human life, I'm certain that your 'business' will interfere with any decent human interactions whether it be us or others. You yourself have admitted that we cannot trust what you say.". Turning to the rest he continues, "I say we strip him of any valuables, destroy the mace, and turn him over to Kallas to mete out justice."

Ravoneth has the mace dangling off of the end of her bow while she and Opyeen talk, Mae and Hermia are likewise engaged in conversation. It seems that tgd only two people that are not actively discussing Talpyns fate are he and Kallas.

As the CoS tries to decide exactly what should happen the the damned dwarven cleric Kallas simply removes the indecision by calmly driving a dagger upwards into Talpyns skull at the rear of his head. The cleric twitches once and is still.

Far cleaner than many he's given no doubt. Comments the dwarven fighter.

Ravoneth looks impassively at the event, then says, "I'm taking the mace to the church of Tyr. Surely they know how to destroy such an artifact. I'd welcome company if any wish to join me."
