(By whats his name do you mean Prydwyn? If so then he's trying to pick his old ass up off the floor.)
With Jysteen at least slowed for the time being Quistine picks herself up off the floor. Ole' Prydwyn does the same albeit with more complaints from joints and old wounds.

Rykken, feeling a serious and direct threat, casts Magic Missile while still laying flat on the floor.

Giovanni wakes from a dead sleep with the nagging suspicion that he should have went with the party..
((Sorry guys I actually mis-read the post and thought you guys were just going to do magic-user stuff, learn spells etc... Otherwise I would have went with you guys..))

Now that the immediate adrenaline rush has had a moment to pass, the idea occurs to Hermia that an exploding shop setting off a magical firefight might call down the city watch on everyone's heads.
"Sorry about the bolt. This fight doesn't have to escalate. Just calm down and answer our questions," Hermia says in a loud, clear voice, glancing around for the best alley to duck into to avoid arrest before returning her keen eyes to the momentarily-inconvenienced drow. "Then we can take you to our cleric and have him patch you up if you like." She keeps her eye and her crossbow trained on Jysteen, ready to pin her hand to the wall if she tries another spell.

Jysteen begins her move out of the room when Rykkens Magic Missle hits her in the side. *poomf!* The angry drow slumps forward into the webbing obviously seriously injured. Hearing Hermias offer Jysteen stops moving as if considering her options.
Damn you all. She mutters. I'll answer your questions from here for as long as the spell lasts. After that we'll renegotiate our arrangement. Her movements are slow and deliberate as she turns to face the CoS. She then casually leans back into the Web and crosses her legs at the knee. A Drow in a massive spider web, she is comfortable.

Giovanni dreams. A dream in which he is contained in a cube of some sort of molasses type substance, forced to watch his comrades fight and get injured while he slowly attempts to get to them. Feet of lead, arms pinned to his side..... unable to move fast enough to save them.... one step taking too long while magic and steel slash into Hermia and Opyeen and Rykken.... and others.
With a start our cleric is up and awake. Wiping sweat from his brow he quickly dons fighting gear and is down the stairs into the tap room. A quick inquiry to a local leads him out the door and running towards Herbalist Street.

"Ok. Hold up everyone!" Rykken yells.
Cautiously, he looks at Jysteen and begins, "Well, as I was about to ask before we were quite rudely interrupted, 'What exactly happened here yesterday?'. I have no recollection of what happened after I started talking to you until I woke up several hours later at the inn and the innkeeper tells me I looked like death itself when I returned. I have no quarrel with you personally but I don't take kindly to being 'played'. That statuette is obviously very important to you so what is it EXACTLY?!"
He will then step back and wait for her response.

As Giovanni hoofs it down the road towards Herbalist Street he only has one thought on his mind...
'Maybe I shoulda got a bite to eat to before heading out..'

After plucking at one of the strands to test the spell Jysteen responds Its not important to me other than s bargaining chip. The monster that controls the top levels of the caverns would make a good ally. That statuette is what he's been looking for a while. It's a key of sorts.

"Monster? Now which monster would that be? Ally you say. Are you looking to actually oppose the adventurers who go exploring down there? What do you mean, 'a key of sorts'?" Rykken fires off questions one after another wanting to get as much information as he can before the web spell expires.
