Prydwyn opens the door and steps in and to one side while Rykken follows and continues up the middle into the entry way walking slowly and listening for anything that might indicate where Jysteen is. Outside Hermia presses herself against the door frame and peeks inside, her body tense as she studies the interior of the room. Behind her Opyeen mutters the quick harsh syllables of a spell stopping short of casting and holding the last phrase upon his lips.. waiting.

Around the corner from the kitchen area comes Jysteen. Dressed now not in the worn garb of ah herbalist she is wearing a low cut black felt corset with an open midriff revealing taught muscle. Her arms are bare from the shoulders down except for the bracers she is in the midst of lacing on. Black billowing pants tucked into mid calf boots complete the outfit. She stops as she notices the intruders and her eyes narrow slightly.

Rykken begins Jysteen, I was wondering..... and before he can finish his well thought statement there comes a flash from a ring on her left hand and a shouted WYSHA!!!!! from the drow. A blast of air rockets out from where she stands laying waste to the contents of the building. Plants are flattened or torn from their roots. Windows are shattered and glass is buried in the walls of businesses on either side. Prydwyn, Rykken and Quistine are knocked to the ground. Hermia is able to duck back behind the door frame and ready her weapons without suffering damage. While the others scramble to their feet the drow launches into casting only to have her second offensive ruined by magical bolts of power from Opyeen and his spell of Magic Missile cast from a protected place near the door frame. White hair still moving with the breeze Jysteen levels a gaze at Opyeen.....

On the floor a shout of Rykken, she's a priestess!! comes from Prydwyn.

Initiative: modified due to placement of the companions
Hermia you act first this round due to your readiness at the door.
Opyeen you act next also due to your readiness at the door.
Jysteen will go next since Prydwyn, Rykken and Quistine are on the floor.
Rykken you can cast from the floor if you so desire, if so you'll act at the same time as Jysteen.
Prydwyn and Quistine are allowed to act from the floor also and at the same time.

Hermia, remembering what happened last time she got too close to a magic-using enemy, hangs back and pops her head over the edge of the now-destroyed window, bracing her crossbow against the frame and loosing a bolt while presenting as low a profile as she reasonably can.

oypeen casts the useless web spell at her.

((Yes but it took her a few rounds longer to kill you all, that's something. ))

Hermia keeps a low profile as she lines up a shot on the Drow. Here crossbow thrums lightly *pfftt-whack* a bolt appears in the black panted thigh of Jysteen. Meanwhile Opyeen casts an oft used spell and the area around the antagonist is filled with spider like webbing though much thicker. (need to know how large of an area you had planned HW) Jysteen is still able to move around in the Web but her movement is limited and so far she's been unable to respond with a spell of her own.

Rykken you're up!

Going for maximum containment Opyeen spreads his Web as far as possible. The spell creates webs in such amounts that they run from the windows and out into the garden snaring hapless insects. To the other side of the dwelling they run into adjoining rooms and secure what ever might be in there.

((haha, well I would have tried to keep them all in the house but what you have is fine. Just trying to make it so she can't crawl out (half speed) in just one round.

Now would be a good time to start talking to her. I wasn't trying to mkill her with my missile, just stop her spell cast. I assumed she had more than 7 hp. Whatits name yelled out that she was a priestest, whatever that means.
