Rykken begins chanting some gobbledy-gook and then quickly points at the woman and fires off a Magic Missile.
The problem with doing something really stupid to impress people is that they may just be impressed by how stupid you really are.

(Were you looking to just do enough to hold her or something larger? I.E. one 10x10x10 cube? four 10x10x10 cubes? )
I want to hold her and surround her as much as possible in case she saves. Then she will have to wade thru the mess slowly before she can use her spells or attack. So say use all of the space around her centering eight 10x10x10 cubes around her without catching anyone else in it. I know this will take away lianna's backstab, but I think we have a better shot at killing her with range attacks while shes stuck in the mess.

Lianna is brought up short by the sudden appearance of Opyeens webs. Floor to ceiling and dense the spell completely enshrouds Dhree in thin white filaments. Streaming through those filaments are twin bolts of light fired by Rykken. *fzzzzzz-pop-pop* Both bolts slam into the wizardess. Fixing Rykken and Opyeen with an amused stare Dhree laughingly says Oh little conjurers. You'll need to do better than this.

"Oh boy. I don't like the sounds of that" mutters Rykken.

"I'll distract her with arrows to her chest."

((Is she good and stuck or did she make her save and is just sort of stuck and trying to break through? I assume we should get a bonus to hit since she is either stuck still or stuck some))

Lianna curses under her breath and backs up towards the plinth. sheathing her dagger and drawing her bow while doing so.

((At least she doesn't know Lianna is behind her. We can still use that to our advantage))

(She did make her save so she's able to move but not attack or cast spells as per the description)

(Sturm if you move to attack you'll end up in the web as well. Let me know if you plan to dive in or try some thing ranged.)

Until I can update the map keep in mind that there is webbing surrounding her. The eight squares that encircle her all have webbing in them.

With the antagonist seemingly trapped Opyeen raises his bow and fires. *pfft-thwack* The arrow pierces her thigh. Dhree stffles a scream and with menace in her eyes she quickly stores her scepter and pulls something from her belt. A quick motion of her thumb and a small flame appears. She places the flame against a strand and it begins to burn.

you guys who don't plan to backstab need to range on this sucker quick, because this burning web only does 2d4 damage, but its used up two of her attack rounds to do it.
